01 Why is my Product delayed?
We’re sorry you encountered a delay. We aim to provide the most up-to-date information that we have in “My Account” and in all circumstances, rest assured, we’re doing all that we can to get your order to you.

• “My Account” shows “my order” is Being prepared for dispatch.
Your product has been packaged and we’ll be preparing it for dispatch. In most cases, our delivery time is very fast, but on rare occasions, product may be delayed at this stage.

02 Why are you lead times so long at the moment?
Some of our products are customized according to personal needs, such as cupboards and wardrobes in custom furniture. We need time to communicate with you, then design and produce them. This means that your shipping date may change, or your order may be delayed, but please rest assured, we are doing everything we can to ship as soon as possible.

 

Shipping and Delivery
We take delivery as seriously as we take design, so, we pride ourselves on providing fast, affordable and guided installation. Our products include quick assembly and custom furniture. Our products are divided into quick assembly and customized furniture. The packaging of quick assembly furniture provides installation instructions. For customized furniture, we provide remote installation guidance. If you need assembly and installation services, please contact our customer service for details. Don’t worry, our products have been designed with installation in mind, so you can install the furniture independently. For some products, you may need someone to help you, such as larger ones.


Returns & Refunds
• If the product is defective, you have 10 days to contact us to request a return and full refund.
• If you are returning a product for personal reasons, such as not liking the color, etc., you can submit a return application within 10 days provided that the product is intact, but a 30% restocking fee will be deducted, and the original shipping fee will not be refunded. The return shipping fee will also be borne by you personally.
